Terms of use
Listenup is a simple page-builder for bands, artists, labels, and music projects. You bring the music, links, words, and images. We give them a clean place to live.
1. Real pages only
Listenup is for real artists, real projects, real labels, and real releases.
Do not create fake artist pages, joke pages pretending to be real, tribute pages that look official, scam pages, impersonation pages, or pages for people who have not given you permission.
2. Your stuff stays yours
You keep ownership of your music, images, writing, logos, names, and links.
By adding content to Listenup, you give us permission to host it, display it, resize it, generate previews from it, and share it as part of your public page.
That permission ends when the content is removed, except where copies still exist in backups, caches, screenshots, shared links, or email notifications.
3. Only upload what you’re allowed to use
Do not upload or publish anything you do not have the right to use.
That includes photos, artwork, logos, recordings, biographies, press quotes, and embedded media.
If someone tells us their work is being used without permission, we may hide or remove the page while we look into it.
4. Keep it legal
Do not use Listenup for scams, malware, harassment, hate content, sexual exploitation, threats, doxxing, or anything illegal.
Band names can be rude. Art can be difficult. That is fine. Abuse of the service is different.
5. Moderation
We may review, hide, reject, suspend, or delete pages if they break these terms, create legal risk, or make the service worse for other people.
We do not promise to host everything forever.
6. Links and embeds
Listenup may display links or embedded content from services like Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, or others.
Those services have their own rules. If they change, break, remove content, block embeds, or behave strangely, we are not responsible for that.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your account and email address.
If you think someone has accessed your page without permission, contact us.
8. Paid plans
If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, and included features will be shown before you pay.
If a payment fails, we may limit publishing or unpublish pages after reasonable warning.
9. Availability
We want Listenup to be reliable, but we cannot promise it will be online every second.
We may update, change, pause, or close parts of the service when needed.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Listenup and ask for your page or account to be removed.
We may also close accounts that break these terms or appear abandoned, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Listenup changes.
If the changes are significant, we will try to give reasonable notice.
